I fell in love with the sounds of studio recordings when I was 8. Every Sunday evening I'd religiously sit upright in my bed and listen to Casey Kasem's weekly countdown, where I'd hear great tales of the artists I loved. Men at Work, Toto, Michael Jackson, Air Supply and Billy Joel were some of the earliest artists I loved. Under the influence of my friends I bought a bass at 15. They quickly quit their guitars, and I kept going with it. Only in the last few years have I finally realized my dream of being able to create songs that compete with the unheralded masters behind the scenes whose music I've so adored and respected through the years.
"...warmly gorgeous and exhilarating, lyrically touching and relatable, emotionally powerful and truthful, as well as supremely sculpted, and deeply synergic."
